The first beaver trap to feature an 8 1/2" outside jaw spread, inside jaw spread is 8 3/16". The TS-85 is truly revolutionary in it's simplicity. The TS-85 has heavy .185" thick custom made music wire springs, a fullyadjustable pan for both tension and travel, a heavy 3/8" welded baseplate, and riveted jaws. This trap offers superior holding power through precision design in the curvature built into the jaws, which allows the levers to lock up as the trap closes. Comes complete with 8" of TS-85 chain, and 2 Crunchproof swivels. Made in the U.S.A. |

TS-85 Could use a Trap Setter |
2/6/2016 |
I love the TS-85 but am having trouble setting it. I have modified a coil spring setter but it just recently opened up to much to use. It would be helpful if a pair of setters was available for these traps. |

This trap is a tank! American made and built to last! I love the dog less feature and the large pan! I see more of these in my future! |

buckys worst nightmare |
1/13/2015 |
The best beaver trap i have ever used! At first i thought it was a litte big, even for a beaver trap, but boy was i wrong. The rivers i trap are constinatly going up and down so its hard to keep a trap at the right depth. With a huge kill area i have yet to have a flipped off trap. Front foot or back foot it holds them the same! |

calf killer caught |
5/14/2013 |
I was trying to catch a calf killing coyote, nothing was working. I tried everything I knew. I had a urine post set that he would work from behind. I set a ts 85 on the backside of the post, and wham! the next morning there he was, stuck in the ts 85. not a normal yote trap for sure but its a great trap! |
