Works great!

I upgraded from a cheapo flasher. This knife works great, shaves the gristle off a raccoons neck easily! Looking forward to using it on spring beavers.

Bought this to replace a cheap-o. It seems worth the price and a mid grade fleshing knife. I wouldnt hail this knife as the greatest knife in the world, but definitely outperforms my cheap one hands down. I like it because it is sharp on all sides, the outside rounded edge can be used to start peeling back while the inside round edge grabs and pulls. Made fleshing coon considerably easier. Badger are still a beast to flesh and I do have a little difficulty with this knife, but hey it is a badger after all.

For the money this is a great knife. Its double sided blades are sharp and easy to keep up with. Nice wide surface area and feels solid. Shaves tough gristle areas good.

I originally ordered the cheap $12 knife. Wish I didnt because they are not sharp and you have to use a file to sharpen them. Basically, they are shipping them with a sheared edge. I did end up sharpening mine with a file which helped quite a bit, however, I also bought one of these Green English Made in U.S.A. for $45. Talk about a great handling fleshing knife. The edge was darn nice too! Did I mention it is double sided???
Overall, a great, solid feeling knife worth every penny. I plan on touching mine up this coming summer with a small chainsaw flat file. I highly recommend this knife!
