For this lure I grind only the best, fullest castors I can find, add the loudest, most effective calling agent known to me and put them in a waterproof base. The result is TIMBER!, a beaver lure supreme.
used the lure during cool weather and found the results to be great overnight results to be precise and when compared on my line to sweet water flatail this seemed to produce better
First time I tried this lure 4 beavers the next day on 7 traps keep up the work on great products!!
1st overnight - quite a draw
Living on a lake in the Blue ridge foothills with about 400+ ft. lake frontage with over 300 standing timber some over 80, some ringed many years ago and still alive, and some recent activity - finally decided to take action. Set a 330 at one point along the shore line that I had seen some signs of a track 6 in. sweep thru the leaves extending at least 20. Had no activity until a week after setting, then bought and applied less than a finger swipe of Timber. Next morning got the beaver. So now I am the neighborhood beaver trapper;-

I caught a beaver the first night using this lure I also caught an otter and 3 or 4 coon.
Rookie year, last year. Landowner asked get rid of beavers. Set a leg hold drowner rig with a chin stick and some caven timber on the bank. Next day, first beaver about 30#s. This lure made it easy for me.

We used this last year down in Arkansas. It worked real good for us on castor mound sets. Going use it again this year.
