 Detailed Description

K.O #1.5 coilspring .  This trap is the strongest and heaviest on the market . Compare it to any other trap. The K.O trap is built for strength . It features a heavy 3/16 frame, 1/8 -inch cross frame and 1/8 inch jaw levers. And unlike most traps,the frame is welded not rivited. The levers and jaws are also heat treated for strength.  Trap also includes a heavy duty double posted flopper pan. Also features a pan stop ,extra heavy duty chain and two swivels , a rounded and deburred dog.  Also added is the NEW wicked K.O #2 springs smaller than music wire springs but stronger . Powder coated .  The coating is a durable,water- based dip that is heated and curred on. It is much more effective than powder coating  the trap comes coated in a nice black finish. Made in China.

Dont waste your time or money on this junk. MB-450 or Bridger 1.5 special blows this junk out of the water!!

traps arrived today , fast shipping , i like these better than the sleepy creek traps , heavy duty and built to last . ready to use out of the box -only had to adjust the pan tension . i will be buying more.

This trap maybe no BS at the campfire? 3/2/2015
Just got mine in today, looks good, like the weld, built more like and American trap, I orderd this with Hiawatha Valley and gonna make some dirt hole and trench sets later. Real fast shipping orderd on a Saturday came in on Monday so excited about it!

I just got mine in . So well made thought they were made in USA . love the welded frame . not rivited the cheap way . I like I can use it in the water than on land . well done MTP

awesome trap sold all my bridgers #1.5 and Dukes what makes this trap great is when the trap fires the heat treated levers lock up with the jaws and the metal dont give like it does on most traps . heavy built but will hold anything that gets in them . and not distroy it. can use it for rats to coyotes.

love the trap strong . like every trap i buy you go through it and make adjustments . like leveling the pan using it down south for live market coyote small enough so it dont do damage but strong enough to hold anything . the frame is even as thick as my bridger #3 cant wait till they come out with a canine trap . VERY WELL DONE ..

They are great traps, just started using this year. So far I have caught 1 squirrel, not intentionally, but it worked.

In my opinion this trap is strong and heavy duty but it still needed a lot of time invested to be able to use. The pans needed leveled and the levers needed bent to get the jaws to be semi flat. I like mine,but Ill be sticking with Bridgers from now on. Not worth the money

love the trap . I like how it has a pan stop so the pan does not get caught in the levers . plus has some bite on the jaws for coon . . very strong trap used it in the live market also last year for coyotes well done will be getting more strongest 1.5 made .

Not impressed 8/6/2014
Yes the trap is black, Yes it is welded. It looks cool but I couldnt believe how rough and sharp the jaws are. Its gonna take forever to smooth them all. The double Jaw is set too far back for me. And the pan does not drop to the frame when fired, the jaws keep the pan high. In my opinion the new Bridger 1 1/2 special and the 1 3/4. Are far superior to this trap.
