Not a bad trap overall. I got them for muskrat/mink drowning sets. They seemed a little on the light side to me. So I added a little weight. Overall seem sturdy and solid. I wish in the future they would make the coil levers just a bit longer to aid in setting them
Light Weight Solid Coon Trap
I know the DPs have taken the market by storm and I do own around 50 of them but I also have 3 dozen of these. When the location calls for it I use them. Mine are on 10 feet of swiveled #2 chain with a grapple attached. Speed setting along drainage banks. Chain and grapple into the drainage ditch, trap in front of an attractor. I use them with PVC pipe a lot. They hold!
LOOKS GREAT JUST GOT IT.
