Minnesota residents please add 6.5% sales tax.
Please be sure to list your telephone number on your order blank so we can get a hold of you if we have any questions about your order.
Minnesota shipments add a flat $8.90 postage. All other states add the appropriate amount: ($8.90 for orders under $40) ($12.90 for orders $40 to $100) and ($19.90 for orders over $100). Videos and Books (only) add $4.90. Full insurance coverage is included in this amount.
For those of you who have access to a FAX line, please use it. This will save you money on your call and helps us out as well. Last year we had a lot of customers that would FAX us during the night when telephone rates are cheapest and we could come in early and pack these orders before the daily rush would begin. A good situation for you and us!
Your orders will always be handled In the most polite and accurate manner possible. Nothing bothers me more than when I call to order from a company and the person with whom I'm speaking has no idea what's going on or just doesn't care. Your business is most appreciated and you will be treated right ... period! You have my word on it (Tim)
Please advise us if your order doesn't arrive in a reasonable length of time. Although it's VERY RARE, a package does occasionally get lost on the way to you, or your order on the way to us. I do ask that you give the mail and UPS time to work, though, as each year we get a few calls from customers wondering when they will get their order and we had just received the order that day in the mail. It's not a bad idea to make a note of the day you mailed your order and by adding travel time, you should be able to have a pretty good idea of when your package should arrive.
All foreign orders will be billed for actual shipping, plus 10% of product total for customs paperwork.

Government Agencies

Please contact us! Government orders have become an increasingly large part of our business. We work extensively with many USDA WS offices and would appreciate the chance to work with you whether on the federal, state or county level. With my contacts I can often find you those hard to locate items. Give us a crack, you'll find us very easy to get along with. I would be happy to supply you with references, just ask for Tim.

Supply Dealers

We sell the items in this catalog at wholesale prices to legitimate dealers. We're easy to work with and can take a lot of the headaches out of your business for you. Write to us and request our wholesale catalog - you'll be glad you did. (Proof of dealership required and only mail inquiries will be considered.)

Alaskan Customers

All Alaskan orders will be charged the actual postage. On mail orders, please include 30 percent additional for postage and we will refund any excess with your order. On credit card orders. you will be billed for the actual postage at the time we ship your order. We are unable to ship COD to Alaska. As a general rule we ship Alaskan packages under 25 pounds by Priority Mail and packages over 25 pounds by parcel post. Up to 25 pounds the Priority rates are very close in price to parcel post, over 25 pounds parcel post becomes much cheaper but delivery time is longer. We will ship any way that you choose, just let us know if you have a preference.

We always appreciate when you send us the names of new, potential customers. If you can hand out any of our catalogs to your buddies, just let us know how many and we'll gladly send you them with your order. We are open 12 months a year and your orders will be filled as promptly in May as they are in October.
